Do you have a contract?
Yes.  All of our services require a signed contract. The contract specifically lays out the terms of our agreement and along with the deposit, it serves as a guarantee for your date.

How do I reserve my date?
To reserve your date, we require the deposit and a signed contact.  We don't hold dates.

Can I get a refund?
Yes.  If an emergency arises or we have an extreme equipment failure before your event, all monies paid minus your deposit is refunded.

Do you make announcements?
Yes.  We work with you to customize your event and make sue it flows smoothly so the announcements are made at appropriate times.

Is there a travel fee?
Yes.  Outside the Yuba-Sutter area, there is a travel fee of .55 a mile.

What is an “Open Air Photobooth?”

The Open Air Photobooth is a photo booth without the constraints of having any walls. You can have anywhere from three people in frame to much, much more. We’ve had 24 people in frame!

The photobooth, do you drop it off or...?
When we arrive for your event, we make sure everything is in working order with the booth. We set up our table for your memory book and the hat stand and small table for the props your guests will wear. During your event, a trained attendant will stay with the booth to make sure everything runs smoothly and assists guests as needed.

Can we customize our photos?
Yes. Your photos are printed on 4x6 paper with your choice of how the photos are printed, all at no extra cost. The most popular printing option is the photo strip layout. Don’t forget, you also have your choice of color backgrounds, header and footer language and colors! Click here to view our sample gallery.

So there are no privacy curtains, but can we get one?
Yes. We are very aware people still want their privacy in many occasions so this option is available with an additional cost.

What can I use the photo booth for?
Well, the booth can be use for:
Bar/Bat Mitzvahs - Class Reunions - Corporate Events – Fundraisers – Graduations – Non Profits – Proms - Promotional Events – School Events - Sweet Sixteen - Wedding Receptions – Any idea you can think of that can capture the fun at your event!

What does unlimited prints mean?
During the duration of your photo booth event, you can take as many photos as you want. If your event begins at 5:00p.m., we are there very early to set up so you receive the full four hours of photo booth photograph time.

How does the photo customization work?
With you as our client, we provide you with a personal web site to assist us in planning and personalizing your photo design.Once we design your photo strip or card, we send it to you for approval.
